Hey guys and welcome back to The Local Medias. I'm so happy you returned to read and be a part of this blog. Today I will be dissecting and complementing one of my favorite posts from Circle Coffee. It is their post announcing that employee applications had officially opened up!
The Instagram reel starts with one of Circle's owners, Jackie Vincent, walking into the frame wearing an astronaut costume and holding a Topo Chico bottle with a bottle rocket sticking out of it. All the while, audio from the Apollo 11 mission plays at the start. Jackie proceeded to light the firework, sending it into the sky as Fortunate Son by Creedence Clearwater started to play. The reel then cuts to a screen saying "Join our Launch Team" & "Now Hiring".
Now I don't know about you guys but I haven't seen such a fun and creative way to announce to the community that your company is now hiring! The whole theme of launching/taking off and outer space is just a super fun way to allow your business to stand out and pique the interest of those wanting to join the "Launch Team". Like I said not only is this post super creative but it is also just super different. It is not your average chain business ad like Walmart or McDonald's with a boring sign just saying "Now Hiring" and the starting wages, it is unique. Circle Coffee and their social media manager obviously wanted to make their advertisement for employees fun and intriguing. They sought to catch people's attention.
Circle Coffee's tactic to make the appeal to join their "Launch Team" fun and intriguing worked. They currently have an amazing team with (left to right) Charlotte Schalansky, Lyndie Copeland, and Ruth Vincent having a blast in Circle's bakery!
Thank you for taking the time to read the latest post and I hope to see you back for the next one. You guys are greatly appreciated!
