When Circle updated its summer menu, it dropped three new drinks. An “untitled latte”, a “Hibiscus Berry Limeade”, and a “Nitro Cold Brew”. In the post, Circle included a picture of each new drink. Personally, I thought the new Limeade was the best out of the three drinks. There wasn't much to the summer update but the fall post makes up for it.

The fall menu post starts off with an overhead photo of all 5 of the new menu items. Each of Circle's new items are made in the bakery. They added the gluten-free/vegan “Triple Berry Crumb Bar”, the “Proscuitto & Smoked Gouda Danish”, the gluten-free/dairy-free “Pumpkin S’more Muffin”, a Croissant, and the gluten-free/vegan Mediterranean Biscuit”. Each photo of the new items included its name in simple text and whether or not it had something special about it, besides being delicious. My favorite photo was of the new muffin because it had one of Circle's employees, Charlotte Schalansky, holding it up to her face.
I enjoy both of the menu updates for two reasons. One reason is that they keep the community updated on all the new menu items and in that they will draw those community members in and entice them to try the new items. The other reason I like the posts is that Circle went about marketing differently than big companies. It’s not a loud obnoxious video talking about Taco Bells' new quadruple, triple cheese, nacho Dorito fries, crunch wrap. The posts are subtle and calm but also organized and enticing. Giving the audience close-ups of each of the new items and showing off just how good they look.
Circle Coffee's marketing was so good that even one of its employees, Cleo Foster (right), wanted to try the new muffin. She is probably telling Joseph Coddington (left) just how good it is. Thank you all for reading today's The Local Media post. I appreciate and am thankful for your time. Go get some coffee and I’ll see you next time!
