Hello everyone and welcome back to The Local Medias. It has been a while but I'm back. At the beginning of January, I had the privilege of visiting Airship Coffee while in Bentonville Arkansas. Airship has two locations in Bentonville, one of them being on the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. With the cool and unique motto, "Drink Coffee, Go Outside," having a coffee shop on a bike trail is very fitting and creative. I visited its location in the Arts District of Bentonville.
For starters, the building was really nice. With a lot of seating both inside and outside, a wall with all its merchandise, and good lighting, Airship's location was very welcoming and definitely worth the visit. Although there were so many menu items to choose from, I got the "lumberjack," an iced latte with maple syrup, vanilla, and smoked salt. With a very interesting lineup of ingredients I was excited to try it out, and boy was I happy I did.
Along with the good coffee and very aesthetically pleasing building. The employees made it all the better. They were very welcoming and they even helped me pick out which drink to order since I had never been before. After talking to them for a couple minutes I learned that one of the workers also has a blog. The blog is focused on the concept of the "(un) common". It is really interesting and I highly recommend that you go check it out when you're done here.
Now onto Airship Coffee's social media account. Airship is very active on its Instagram, posting almost daily. Similar to Circle Coffee CO. Airship posts photos of its customers, coffee and food items, merchandise, and its employees. All of the posts are very pleasing to the eye which shows that Airship and its marketing team care about its community and the content they see. Airship even used a drone to capture a photo of its bike trail shop in the snow, which isn't something I see often.
With all that in mind, I have gotta say that Airship Coffee has become one of my favorite shops I have visited. Not just because of the immaculate coffee but the environment as well. Because Airship has such a good marketing team, no wonder people like Davis Karnes (left) come in to get coffee and talk with the amazing staff such as Joel Wyncott (middle) and Emma Nelson (right).
Thank you all for reading The Local Medias, I sure hope you enjoyed it. If you have time, go treat yourself to some coffee and a nice treat, you deserve it. See you next time.
